I was born and raised just South of Chicago, IL.  My family still lives there and my in-laws are just over the border in NW Indiana.  When we were visiting our families this Christmas, my cousin asked if I would have time to take their family photos.  She is expecting baby #2 and her little boy is so sweet.  He is a normal 2 year old boy, full of action and fun.  He especially liked the Lightening McQueen car that I had taken along for him to play with.  And as most little boys do, he found a rock to play with.  It was quite large and much to our surprise he suddenly tossed it into the air and it almost came crashing down on his head.  Thankfully I quickly moved him out of the way and no one was injured.  He reminds me a lot of my boys at that age.  Full of curiosity and lots of action.  Thankfully it ended up being a bit warmer that day and we could be outside for their photo session.  If I remember correctly it was 40 degrees and by Monday it was down to 8 degrees.  Brrrr!  I definitely like our more mild winters in the South!  We also enjoyed checking out the geese that had landed on the other side of the water.  Enjoy checking out their photos!
